Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom, and a living area, along with two balconies, making it really comfortable. The staff members were excellent and very nice, offering fantastic service from the time we arrived till we left. The location was beautiful, just outside the city walls and an easy walk to the main center and tourist sites. The dining options were impressive, with a wide variety of delicious goodies served. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The service was uninterested and inattentive, needing prompts to assist. The location was large with enough quality sun loungers, but disturbances from loud music affected the peaceful atmosphere. The price for dining was on the expensive side, about £20 per day. However, the hotel is conveniently located for exploration, with attractions like the Soukaina hostess and Sofitel nearby.
I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the old city, with beautiful surroundings. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Aya for her warm and attentive care. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of choices, and the rooms, although basic, were comfortable and met the Sofitel luxury standard. A fantastic stay overall!
