the breakfast had a wide range of food (i especially liked the fresh omelettes). the hotel is about a 15min walk into the medina. taxis are readily available, costing around £4-£5 to get to the medina. there are also several restaurants and cafes close to the hotel, within a 5-10 minute walk.
the balcony door in my room was broken. i could hear a lot of noise from the main street, including cars. i asked to change rooms, but no one followed up with me. i think that if a hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel, it should not have broken doors.

the breakfast was varied and delicious. i stayed in a suite that was spacious and had comfortable beds. the shower was also excellent. the hotel features a lovely heated pool.
I found the reception staff unorganized! they made promises they did not keep. They didn't listen to complaints.

The heated pool was lovely. It provided a relaxing experience. The kids' club kept our children entertained. They had a fantastic time. I also enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast. It offered a great variety.
The staff at the reception were not always quick to resolve issues.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The staff always moved umbrellas at the pool, I appreciated this attentive service. They provided fresh pool towels daily. The location is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport and a 20-minute walk to the souks and medina.
The hotel menus are only accessible via scanning a QR code. I prefer printed menus to avoid constant phone use.
